Renaissance Art
It looks so real.

We both think that the Renaissance art from 1498 was the best because of the detail.
Kenny C. and Hannah R.
Many of these sculptures are interesting. Some of them look sad. They are well built though.

Renaissance art from 1498 i like this one because it is very detailed and is showing effection and emotion and it looks like its real and if you didn't know better you would say is real.

Hannah L. and I (Bryana S) chose Michelangelo's David from the Renaissance Art from 1500 A.D. becasue it was so detailed and it seemed very life-like.
We like Renaissance art from 1498 because it is the most detailed.
I think the picture of Baroque Art, Ecstasy of St. Theresa, 1600 A.D. is a really good picture because it looks real and people can't do things that good.

We think La Pieta marble sculpture of the Virgin Mary holding Jesus is the best one and most detailed.
Jenna D, Alan W
Our favorite sculpture was Michelangelo's La Pieta. We liked it for its detail. And also for how it looked like it was two real people.
My least favorite painting is of david, My favorite painting is the gyt that uis posing like the statue of liberty.
I think that the la pieta is the best one. It had great detail and shows the most facial expresssions. It had great details.
I think the girl with the hair from Roman Art from 130 A.D. is the worst. It looks like the artist put play-doh for the hair.

I think that the Greek statue of Posiedon is the worst sculpture out of all of them because its the most boring and there isn't a lot of detail.
-Alan W.
I think that the Roman sculpture of the man standing with armor on and a small head is the worst because he has no eyes and it makes it look like it wasnt completed and he is boring. :]
-Jenna D.
I believe that Michelangelo was the best artist because of his the real life he used in his in his art, like the vains on a hand and the facial expression that he uses in the paintings and scuptures.

Mary and Jesus
We think this is the best sculpture.
1.It has the most detail
2.It looks so real it could fool at least 7 out of 10 people
Roman Art 130 A.D.
We agree that this is the worst sculpture because the hair looks like playdough and it looks very fake

My favorite was Pieta because it had so much detail. I cant believe that Michel A. could make marble that detailed. I also like it because you can see the emotion in Mary's face. My least favorite is the one with the man that has a tiny head. The head is too small and the body is too big. It looks like he is holding a can of hairspray.
Courtney K.
Our favorite sculpture was La Pieta by Michelangelo. We liked it because of its detail and the realistic expressions. Our least favorite was the Roman sculpture with the playdoh hair because it was not very impressive.

i think that the la pieta with jesus and mary is the best because the detail is so real i like it. ithink that the worst on is the first one the greek statue fram 470 b.c.
jack d.
Michelangelo we both like jesus and mary and Tessa likes the one with the lady and the playdo hair the least becuase it looks the least relistic and Henry like the one with the horse the least because it has a horse with tiny legs and a fat body.We like the one with jesus and mary the most because it has the most detail and it has more emotion then others.

Greek Statue from 400 B.C.M
I like it because the guy is bronze and very detailed.
Renaissance Art from 1498
I love this picture because it was made out of marble and very detailed. It has Jesus laying in Virgin Marys' arms. The statue looks very realistic.
We agree that Michelangelos' David is not the best work from him. We think that the top half of his body could of been better
-Timmy S. and Tara C.
My favorite sculpture is the one where the guy is riding the fat oversized horse because it looks funny and the horse is big and just chillin. My least favorite is the one where the guy is standing still with his little head and it looks like he is holding a can of graffiti and posing like the Statue of Liberty.

La Pieta:
I love this painting. She has an expresion on her face unlike the Greek sculptures.
renaissance art 1500A.D.(La Pieta)
We agree that we think this one is the best because of the extreme detail. The amount of emotion shown in this work of art is the other reason.
However, the one we did not find very appealing was the Greek statue fom 470 b.c. because of the lack of emotion.

I really like the scultpure from Renaissance in 1498. It shows really good detail and looks real. it has alot of detail in it and even shows emotions.
Moe A.
We really liked the Renaissance art from 1498.We liked how detailed it was and how much emotion of her face there is.
The one we liked the least out of all is Roman art from 130 A.D. We didn't like this one because the hair was very fake looking and she had no eyeballs.

Renaissance Art from 1498-
I like the sculpture that is the one of Mary holding Jesus. It is good because of all the detail. It makes it look like it has real cloth on the sculpture.

renaissance art from 1498 and we like it because is has emotions. We didn't like roman art from 120 a.d because it has a small head.

Britany W.
We like the sculpture where Juses is dead in Mary's arms the reason we liked it was that it would look real and we didn't know it was marble we would think it was just cloth on it. I didn't like like how hollow the eyes were on the Greek statue from 400 B.C.

Jordan M.
We like the sculpture with Mary and Jesus. The two reasons why we like this sculpture are for its realistic features like emotion and it looks beautiful.
The first sculpture is the one we don't really like because it doesn't have eyes or emotion. It's very plain.
-Marcy B. and Nick D.
We like the Roman Statue from 100 A.D. because it shows alot of detailed marble and we both like horses and how the sculpture made the horse look different from modern day horses. We dis-like Detail of David's hand (creepy hand sculpture) because it looks too life like and looks like the persons hand is bleeding and dead;.
Nikolette M. and Taylor S.
I like the sculpture from the Baroque art called Ecstasy of St.Theresa from the 1600 ad. Because it has good tecnique to it and has good textures.
-siara j.
The reason why we liked this sculpture,Pasiden so much was because without the head the sculpture looks like a body. Also because you can practically see all of the sweat and bulging veins makes it look so real. What we dont like about it is the head doesnt look very realistic.
Isabelle and Taylor
The statue that we liked the most was the Mary and Jesus sculpture. It looked so real, with the cloth and the flesh. It is amazing that it was made out of marble.
The sculpture we did not like was the Greek statue from 470 BC. The eyes scared me because it was hollow
Delaney k. and Kyra A
our favorite sculpture is the renaissance from 1498 BC of jesus and mary. Our least favorite is the greek statue from 470 BC. We also like the ecstasy of st. teresa.
